Funds are released only after third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS / Bureau Veritas) and presentation of clean-on-board shipping documents.
Step 01 — Proforma & Draft
Sales Contract & MT700 Verbiage
Buyer and Westbekia counter-sign the Proforma Invoice (FOB Alexandria / Damietta or CIF destination port) with agreed SWIFT MT700 draft wording.
Step 02 — SGS & Loading
Factory-Gate & Port Audit
Independent surveyors (SGS / Bureau Veritas) verify grade, purity, moisture, and weight at loading port before container sealing.
Step 03 — Bank Presentation
Clean Bill of Lading Settlement
Original Bill of Lading, EUR.1 Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary/Health Certificate, and SGS Assay are transmitted bank-to-bank.
